1934 Lagonda Rapier four-seat tourer - coachwork by Abbott. 1100cc 45BHP engine with four-cylinders, twin-overhead-cam & twin SU's carbs. Four-speed pre-select ENV gearbox & 13 inch Girling brakes. In its day the Rapier was in a class of its own, revving to 5,500rpm, turning in impressive acceleration figures & a top speed of around 75mph. Another USA gargage find, complete & very original. Repatriated this unrestored little beauty in 1990 & sold it on these pictures alone before it landed!
